It's been a week since I last posted so I figure now is as a good time as any to post an update. I have a stress reaction in my calcaneus, so I've been off for 10 days cross training and now I have to go by feel and just be very cautious about how far I'm going. Now that that's out of the way, today we ran The Upchucker (or the kicker) which reduced the excitement of running again only slightly. Nice and slow 1.5 down to the start line from Skyridge felt okay on the way down, but my heel felt like it was back to normal but I'm was not about to push my luck. Michael took it out hard and we went with him the group droped off on the first hill, then on the second Michael and Dallin started to gap me and I never caught back up. When I was attempting to kick and close the gap Mike and Dallin had on me I suddenly with no warning started to dry heave and while I my kick left A LOT to be desired I finished with an okay 8:50. Half mile cd then biked for 45 to finish up for the day
