I knew it was going to be a lonely 12 miles so I did my best to come up with a loop to keep things interesting. Started out from my house then ran all the way up center street until wines park then took a left over towards willowcreek and willow park. Jumped on the the Jordan River trail and then started on my home. I'm not really sure what happened on this run because the first 6 miles were at 7:58 average pace and then when I got on the river trail for some reason it turned into an easy pace run with a 6:28 average. Was supposed to do 12 but the loop was short so I just took off some of the miles from going over on Thursday. Abs and hips.
