On another note I think I really need to work on hydration, during the run today at about 1.5 in my side starting hurting, bad. Felt a bit like a small midget with a hammer was inside my side banging with the wrath of dehydration powering each swing. Going to be drinking lots of water today especialy because practice tomorrow starts at 9:00(right as it starts to get hot). But still excited for the steady state run tomorrow and hoping coach let's me run all of it. Also incredibly excited because the spring turned on today and got to enjoy that for the first time
