Had the option to do speed or to just do a distance run. Chose speed along with Dalpal. Speed was 6x1min uphill @mile effort. Little hard to get a good feel for mile effort uphill but things felt pretty good. Satisfied with how it went and kept things consistent, was hard to keep positive especially for those last two. Finished up to 8 and I think I need to work on hydrating because those 3.5 miles after speed were unpleasant.
