I really wanted to do IM Flash today and it felt great to do it for a while for it quickly became appareant that 7 miles of hill would not rest happy with the legs. Thought of an alternate route that ended up working out great. Time flew by for 8 miles but after that it just dragged on for those last few. Legs felt a lot better than I expected which was a most welcome surprise. Soleous hurt a little today but no where near yesterdays level. Abs and hips.
