So. Don't eat sushi night before a workout, especially a workout like that. 3x2mile @ race pace. Ouch. First one was a 10:59 so right on pace but I was feeling some stomach pains. Started the second one with Mike and gill along pacing and it just hurt. It hurt so bad I came through the first mile and just face planted onto the grass and nearly cried a little. Sucked it up and told myself to get over it and did another mile but my system was having none of that. Disappointing to say the least. Finished up to 8 for the day after things calmed down. Didn't do abs again.... |
